Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwritten in, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or the incorrect item was sent. To start a return, contact palatepapergoods@gmail.com. Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Orders may be canceled before fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
